Shipping Policy:
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Remember, we are humans with human hands that are carefully packaging your order in our Seattle warehouse.
Domestic Shipping Rates
and Estimates
All orders within the United States ship for free by ground transport. Delivery times are estimates but are usually between 2-8 business days depending on your distance from Seattle.
Expedited Shipping
We also offer expedited shipping for a flat rate of $75 per order. Selecting this option means your order will ship next-day air.
PLEASE NOTE: A processing time of 1-2 business days still applies in addition to next day air. If the order is placed prior to 2pm PST Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), we will do our best to ship it out the same day. However, we are human. It may take up to 2 business days from time of order placement until your order ships.
Where We Ship
At this time we do not offer international shipping to any
countries outside of the United States. Localizing is kind of our thing, after all. Currently we only ship Hazel Park products within the United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@hazelparkhome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our products. If you're unhappy with your purchase, return it for free. We accept returns of unused and unopened product for up to 180 days after the purchase date. Log in to your Hazel Park account to process a return. After we receive your return, we do our best to get your refund back to you within 7 business days. However refunds rely on other institutions as well, so please allow up to 30 days for refunds to post.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges of unused and unopened product for up to 180 days after the purchase date. Reach out to us directly at help@hazelparkhome.com to process an exchange.
Product Arrived Damaged
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@hazelparkhome.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
